Introduction to First Aid

You will learn how to respond calmly in emergency situations through hands-on first aid training, building the confidence to take action when it matters most.

Our Instructors
Robin Jenkins
Founder / CEORobin Jenkins is a social entrepreneur and search-and-rescue advocate working to improve coastal safety and prevent drowning. His commitment to maritime rescue began while studying at UWC Atlantic in Wales, where he volunteered with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). Since then, he has developed and delivered lifesaving training and community-led coastal safety programmes around the world.
He currently leads practical education programmes that combine rescue training, youth development, and humanitarian response, supporting communities to build the skills and capacity to protect lives.
In November 2018, his work with Atlantic Pacific was recognised by the UK government with the Points of Light Award for his contribution to humanitarian efforts.
Kate Sedwell
Co-Founder / COOKate Sedwell is an entrepreneur and community advocate advancing water safety education and youth development. Through lifesaving training, volunteer development, and international collaboration projects, she works to strengthen community resilience and promote environmental awareness.
Based in the UK, she connects organisations across education, charities, emergency services, and business sectors to design and deliver programmes with meaningful social impact.
She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme at Oxford Saïd Business School.
